Prof.dr. Tom Vanwing is voltijds professor aan de faculteit voor Psychologie en Educatiewetenschappen van de Vrije Universiteit Brussel en academisch coördinato r van de Organization of American States voor Edulab, met als specialisatiedomei n Sustainable Community Development. Hij is docent bij de Master in Education an d Research for Sustainable Development (MERSD).
