Jurgen Willems is a professor at the Department for Management at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business. He serves as Academic Director of two Executive MBA programs focused on Life Science and Health Care Management. His research and teaching center on organizational behavior, digital transformation, and governance in public and nonprofit sectors.
