Kenn Meyfroodt is an assistant professor of organizational behavior at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Ghent University. His research examines how management systems and practices shape the way individuals and groups interpret their organizational environments. He combines academic rigor with hands-on experience as a former management consultant, director, and strategic advisor.
